Executive Director
With an extensive career in law enforcement and investigations, Lisa Tickner has developed a strong reputation for professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
Having served for over 10 years as a Police Officer involving work in the scenes of crime division, Lisa brings valuable expertise in evidence management, critical investigations, and high-pressure decision-making.
Lisa has also held a specialised role as an NDIS Fraud Investigator, focusing on regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and safeguarding vulnerable individuals against financial abuse and misconduct.
Her extensive background spanning law enforcement, investigative services, and community protection brings a strong culture of integrity, accountability, and client advocacy to Integrity Living Solutions.
Victoria Francis
Executive Director
Victoria Francis brings over 10 years of experience in the healthcare and personal safety industry, with a strong background in emergency response and client care through her work with Emergency Medical Services Pty Ltd.
Specialising in personal medical alarms with 24/7 professional monitoring, Victoria has developed a deep understanding of supporting vulnerable Australians to live safely and independently. A qualified Enrolled Nurse, Victoria has hands-on experience across both aged care and acute care settings, combining clinical knowledge with genuine compassion and professionalism.
She also holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and Management, bringing valuable leadership, communication, and strategic business expertise to Integrity Living Solutions. Her unique combination of healthcare and business experience reflects the company’s commitment to delivering trusted, people-focused support solutions.

Lara Beattie is an experienced business transformation and technology professional with over nine years of experience helping organisations improve operations, implement innovative systems, and adapt to change.
